Episode 7: Flow

This is the last episode from the Water Element Series and is dedicated to Flow. In my view, Flow is the perfect expression of both yin and yang energies, intertwined. Because we need to find a balance between these two energies to enter the state of flow.
And according to the psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, the state of flow contributes to greater creativity and is highly correlated to happiness.
