I believe we are at an inflexion point in our history when we need to move into a Renaissance. 

A Renaissance of the ancien feminine wisdom that we all carry already in ourselves.

 

2026 is the year of speed, action and fire. And in that intensity, it’s easy to lose ourselves if we don’t stay grounded. This year, we need to anchor and nurture ourselves.

 

We need to reconnect with the energy of the Grandmother.

Renata is the name of my maternal grandmother and she gives her name to this retreat. Her name, Renata, means “rebirth” in latin.

  • A space where you are seen, witnessed, without you needing to explain. Moments of silence when there are no words.
  • Sacred practices, rituals and ceremonies, all designed to help you come home to yourself, to nature, to simple things. Starting to see the sacred in the mundane, in the little things and moments of life
  • The softening of your nervous system and your body. And the nurturing of your heart and your soul. Healing moments through sound journeys, scents, flowers and crystals.
  • Sharing and speaking from your heart without commentaries or corrections, without advice or judgment.
  • Sitting in circle with brilliant, courageous women who are NOT here to network or to impress.
