In many Asian traditions, the Lunar New Year is considered a Spring Festival. Because spring is not defined by what is visible yet, but by what starts to shift beneath the surface.

Something begins to accelerate.

The sap starts rising toward the buds, preparing the blossoms.

Seeds begin to germinate in the dark.

The light returns slowly.

The first half of February is still a time of shedding: the final weeks of the Year of the Wood Snake.

But the beginning of a New Lunar Year on February 17th, combined with so many fire festivals, symbols, and cosmic events, will bring an energy of acceleration and bold action.

Neptune already entered Aries on January 26th, initiating a major spiritual shift that will unfold over the next 14 years.

The fog has begun to lift.

Collective illusions are dissolving.

Spiritual bypassing is collapsing.

With all this fire moving in during February, we are shifting toward action, instinct, courage, and commitment.

The Year of Fire Horse brings momentum, speed, and acceleration. You may be looking forward to it after the feeling of slow motion you experienced in the Year of the Wood Snake .

But such an extreme shift from YIN (Snake) to YANG (Fire Horse), from water and wood to fire must be prepared.

The Horse is a wild, untamed force. Fire is the most extreme expression of Yang. Together, they form a powerful and unpredictable energy that will move through our bodies and nervous systems.

Such a shift requires careful RECALIBRATION.

And just days later, Saturn and Neptune meet at 0° Aries on February 20th. No one alive has experienced an energetic portal like this.

0° Aries is the ignition point.

The origin point.

The rebirth point.

It is an energetic portal of pure initiation and rebirth.

This is a cosmic energetic reset. This Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0° Aries is extremely rare. The last time this exact degree was activated occurred between 4300 and 3000 BC, too far back for written records.

The most recent Saturn–Neptune conjunction, however, took place in Capricorn in 1989. I remember that year well: the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Romanian Revolution, the collapse of tyranny and old systems.

This Saturn–Neptune RESET POINT occurs during a powerful eclipse portal, lasting from February 17th (the rare Ring of Fire Solar Eclipse) to March 3rd (a Lunar Eclipse), a powerful portal of transformation and liberation.

February may well become the ignition point for disruptive events that dismantle outdated systems and expose injustice.

Collectively, we can expect major shifts and a profound reset.
