Fire Medicine asks:

What must be seen, purified, or transmuted so life energy can flow again?

When your FIRE is in balance, you trust life, your mind is clear, your sleep is deep, your emotions flow without overwhelm.

In business, Fire as medicine is when

you speak from your heart

you are visible without burning out

you inspire

you lead

you speak your truth.

Fire is warm, glowing and inviting.

But when it’s out of balance? It stops warming us and starts consuming us.

This feels like:

• Constant urgency or pressure

• Anxiety

• Nervous system stuck in activation

• Difficulty resting without guilt

• Emotional reactivity

And when Fire is too low, the light is there, but barely flickering. This looks like:

• Lack of motivation or direction

• Dullness, apathy, emotional numbness

• Self-doubt or hesitation

• Joy feels distant or unsafe.

February 2026 brings a rare stacking of forces linked to the Fire Element.

• It opens on February 1st with a rare and meaningful alignment of fire symbols: the Celtic fire festival Imbolc coincides with a Full Moon in Leo, a fire sign ruled by the Sun (pure fire energy)

• On February 17th, we enter the Year of the Fire Horse, marked by a rare Solar Eclipse known as the “Ring of Fire.”

• on February 20th, Neptune and Saturn meet at 0° Aries (a fire sign) an exact point considered the Ignition Point.

These are rare cosmic events, all concentrated in February, all connected to the FIRE Element.

If Serpent Medicine striped us back to our essence in 2025 and January 2026, Fire Medicine makes that essence visible.

The Serpent worked in the dark, in the body, in the underworld.

The Fire works in the light, in the heart, in the world.
