Women have ebbs and flows

And that is our source of power, creativity, and leadership.

Just as the sea has tides, women have ebbs and flows.

Just as the Moon has phases, women move through cycles too.

Just as Mother Earth has seasons, women have an inner rhythm too.

And that is why women are connected to nature in a sacred way.

Nature moves in cycles. Women do too.

Women’s bodies are inherently cyclical through the menstrual cycle, which mirrors the lunar cycle.

Women move through seasons of life: from menarche to womanhood, from pregnancy (when they choose so) to postpartum, from perimenopause to menopause and post-menopause.

Women are creators, in the same way Earth creates life.

Nature births, regenerates, and transforms. Women have the biological and energetic capacity to create life, ideas, communities, art, and movements.

Nature communicates subtly: through sacred geometry, energetic information, patterns, and sensations. Women have intuitive knowing and sacred wisdom.

Women are threshold beings, living at the edge: between the seen and the unseen,

between life and death (menstruation, birth, menopause),

between past and future (the maternal lineage extending through three generations in the womb).

This is why in the most ancient civilizations leaders, priestesses, shamans, oracles, healers, and mystics were often women.

Women’s bodies are sacred landscapes.

And need to be revered as such.

They are temples of cycles, rhythms, pleasure and intuition.

When I work with women, I help them return to their sacred connection: working with their cycles instead of against them. seeing value in rest, intuition and creativity, honoring seasons of visibility and seasons of retreat…

without sacrificing their ambition, power or financial sovereignty.
