The Awakening of Spring Energy
It’s the Emergence of New Beginnings
February 25th, 2026
The Lunar New Year is, in essence, a Spring Festival. So February 17th was not just “New Year’s Day.” It marked the rebirth of the annual life cycle.
The Lunar New Year acknowledges that Spring does not begin when flowers bloom. It arrives earlier. In Chinese cosmology, Spring unfolds when Yang energy begins to rise subtly beneath the surface.
It is the moment when sap begins to travel toward the buds.
And we are already noticing subtle shifts in nature: birds chirping early in the morning, the gradual return of light, little snowdrops lifting their delicate heads.
Like nature, we are also sensing suble shifts in our energy. New ideas entering our field. Dreams beginning to sprout again. We feel a desire to clear and declutter, a craving for renewal.
Something in us is awakening. We emerge from the deep Yin of Winter.
The energy of early Spring is potent and fertile. This is a precious time to be pregnant with ideas and dreams before sharing them with the world.
Early Spring marks the beginning of of growth and expansion. The renewal of Qi, life energy.
During this time, your intuition whispers. Listen to its messages. Notice the synchronicities. Document your dreams. Reconnect with the Inner Flow of your cycle. Nurture yourself and allow time for rest. Let your ideas take shape before acting on them.
And if you haven’t cleared your space before the Lunar New Year, it is still time. Tend to your home and office. Make room for the energy of new beginnings.
